Chef Syl created The Roaming Spoon, a pop-up dinner experience that uses seasonal produce and natural ingredients to give attendees a unique dining experience.

We talk about her humble beginnings as a pizza dough tosser, the sad truth behind having to differentiate between a¬†plate and a “small” plate, how she decides what is going to be served at a dinner, her trip to Russia and how the Russian community treated her and her girlfriend while they were visiting, and beets.
